Tabitha May-Tolub (she/her) is a leadership practitioner with more than 25 years of experience supporting individuals and organizations through change with clarity, care, and connection. She officially joined Project Adventure in 2025 after many years of participating in workshops and bringing groups through the PA experience. Prior to PA, Tabitha founded and led TMT Consulting, where she partnered with individuals, families, schools, nonprofits, and organizations through training, facilitation, coaching, and consultation focused on leadership, community, and belonging. She is known for creating authentic, growth-oriented spaces where people feel seen, heard, and supported as they build practical skills for communication, conflict, and leadership. Tabitha has also partnered with KJR Consulting and previously served as National Director of Training and Partnerships at Multiplying Good, as well as founder of Roots & Wings Training and Consultation. Grounded in a Psychology degree from Clark University and graduate studies in Marriage and Family Therapy at UMass Boston, she brings a deep understanding of human dynamics and leads with humility and heart. Outside of work, she enjoys being in or near the water, reading, theater, and spending time with her family.
