Shawn Gant

Director of Finance & Administration

Shawn joined Project Adventure in 2026 as Director of Finance and Administration, where he oversees accounting, finance, and HR operations. His responsibilities include accounting and financial reporting, budgeting, cash planning, risk management, and systems. He has spent 14 years in finance and accounting, with experience spanning public accounting, software, medical technology, semiconductor equipment, renewable energy, and tech-enabled services. Before Project Adventure, he was Head of Accounting and Finance at Elucid, a venture-backed medical imaging software company, and before that served as Director of Finance at Energetiq, a semiconductor equipment company. His work has centered on building finance functions that give leaders clear, reliable numbers to make decisions with, across FP&A, controllership, audit, and board and investor reporting. Shawn lives in Beverly and enjoys hiking, reading, and spending time with his kids.
