Rosy Cohane-Mann

Rosy grew up in North Adams, MA and joined PA's team in August 2025. She has been an enthusiastic educator for over a decade and has done extensive teaching and program organization in both the classroom and outdoor setting. She studied Environmental Science and Agriculture at Cornell University and led trips and classes for Cornell Outdoor Education. She started her career by working at the School For Field Studies in Costa Rica, the Farm School in MA, and then went on to UPenn for a M.S. in Education. She has worked at a few different private schools in the region teaching science, creating experiential learning opportunities, and organizing sustainability initiatives. She spent many summers running adventure programs and trips for The Road Less Traveled, Adventure Treks, and the AMC from Alaska to Ecuador to NH and beyond. In her free time, she volunteers for the AMC running the womens+ affinity space in the Boston area, is an avid hiker and backpacker, happy rock and ice climber, instructs yoga and barre classes, and loves baking.
