Project Adventure Announces Five-Year Lease Agreement at Moraine Farm

Beverly, MA — September 17, 2026 — Project Adventure is pleased to announce that it has signed a new five-year lease agreement with the Trustees of Reservations to continue operating at Moraine Farm in Beverly, Massachusetts, through at least 2032.

The agreement ensures that Project Adventure’s programs, trainings, and community activities will continue at Moraine Farm, a setting that has been an important part of the organization’s work for many years.

“We’re excited to continue our partnership with the Trustees and our presence at Moraine Farm,” said Caitlin McCormick Small, Executive Director and CEO of Project Adventure. “This agreement provides stability for our organization and allows us to keep creating meaningful opportunities for learning, connection, and adventure in this special place.”

Project Adventure has been at their Moraine Farm location, 719 Cabot St, since 2001. They serve more than 8,000 local youth annually through school and afterschool programs on their ropes course.

They also provide leadership development and therapeutic programs, using the outdoors and adventure experiences as teaching tools.

Project Adventure looks forward to building on its longstanding relationship with the Trustees of Reservations and continuing to welcome participants, educators, organizations, and community members to its programs, ropes course, and retreat center at Moraine Farm in the years ahead.
