Jen Dirga, the Director of Social and Emotional Learning at Project Adventure and John Grund, owner of Grund and Associates LLC, a partner in Full Value Communities LLC, and a Project Adventure contract trainer, will present a brief webinar that will introduce mindfulness and practices that align with Project Adventure foundational concepts. The goals of this webinar are to define mindfulness and the overall benefits on health and emotional well being, to introduce practices for self and students, and to align foundational concepts to mindfulness teachings.
