Welcome to How to Write a 21st Century Community Learning Center Grant [CCLC]: Incorporating Project Adventure. You'll find these guidelines/tips to be broad. This is intentional because although this is federal money, it is distributed by your state Department of Education to local programs. That means that, although much of what will be required is uniform (being mandated by the No Child Left Behind Act [NCLB]), how you should specifically prepare and submit your application is up to the states. Go to http://www.ed.gov/programs/21stcclc/contacts.html to find out who your state level contact is. We've found that you may have to search your state website as some of the links provided by the US Department of Education [USED] are out of date. Please download the entire document (165k PDF) for guidelines and tips. |
