 Safety Reviews
The Program Review or Audit is a key component of PA's Accreditation Program. However, it is not necessary to be currently going through the Accreditation process to have a Program Review. Program Reviews can be customized and offered at any time. Some programs may request a review this year to help prepare for Program Accreditation in the following year. Program Reviews can be a very effective method of looking at issues that are specific to a particular program. For example, challenge course designs vary tremendously, and it is not uncommon for many staff to be trained on courses that differ significantly from their own. An on-site program review is one of the best methods for ensuring that staff are well-trained and operating their own course properly.
